Dairymaid Spooky Biscuits


  • 5oz white flour
  • 3oz sugar
  • 2oz coconut
  • 1oz cornflakes
  • 6oz Dairymaid Premium Spread
  • 1 tablespoon of drinking chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder


Mix flour, sugar, coconut and cornflakes together in a bowl. In a pan add the drinking chocolate and baking powder to the melted Dairymaid Premium Spread. When mixed together add to the dry ingredients. Press into a swissroll tin 8” x 10”. Bake at 150 Degrees C for 40 minutes.

Decorate with liquorice, rolos and smarties to create spooky spider cookies!
