Christmas Orange and Chocolate Cheesecake
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1 packet of orange jelly
- 1 pint of cream
- 1 block of plain chocolate or chocolate flakes
- 6 oz Dairymaid Premium Spread
- 1 packet of Digestive biscuits
Crush the digestive biscuits. Mix the Dairymaid Premium Spread together with the crushed biscuits. Push down into a loose bottomed tin and refrigerate.
Prepare the Jelly as per instructions but add mandarin juice as part of the liquid. Leave to cool.
Whip the cream. Mix the cream cheese into the jelly mix. Add the oranges, chopped chocolate and cream to the jelly mix and pile onto the biscuit base.
Leave to set in the Fridge. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
