Chocolate Fudge Biscuits


  • 1.5 cups of sugar
  • 1.5 cups of Dairymaid Premium Spread
  • 3 cups of desicated coconut
  • 1.5 cups of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • Big pinch of salt
  • 1.5 cups of oats


Cream together sugar and Dairymaid Premium Spread. Add the dry ingredients. Shape and press into a greased flat baking tray. Bake for 30 mins at 180 degrees celcius.

For a festive edge, decorate with Nutella and smarties.
