Pasta Carbonara with Dairymaid4 (Serves 4)
- 230g Dairymaid
- 150 grams of penne pasta (uncooked)
- 6 rashers of bacon (diced)
- 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 300 ml of milk milk
- 230g of cream cheese or any soft cheese suitable for cooking.
Cook pasta as per directions on the pack.
Dice and fry bacon until crisp and pat dry with a paper towel.
Sautée the garlic until soft and colour changes slightly.
Add milk, cheese, butter and bacon and stir.
Add Parmesan cheese to taste.
Stir through pasta.
